Unlike some other therapeutic approaches, Hypnotherapy works on multiple levels for increased effectiveness in changing our thoughts and behaviors.

Conscious mind: Also known as our conscious thinking. This is where our logic, reasoning, willpower and desire resides. It makes up approximately 12% of what we do everyday.

Subconscious: Also known as our automatic behaviors. This is where our emotions, habits, and learned behaviors reside. Everyday, we are operating at approximately 88% in subconscious behaviors. That means that 88% of what you do every single day is automatically driven by your subconscious.
